📖 What is Reading Comprehension?

Reading comprehension means reading a short story or passage and understanding what it says. We read carefully, think about the words, and then answer questions. The answers are usually found in the passage itself. Let us read some fun passages and answer questions!

Passage 1 — Ravi's School

Ravi is seven years old. He studies in Class 2 at Sunrise Public School. His favourite teacher is Sharma Ma'am. She teaches English and tells funny stories. Ravi likes to sit in the first row. He carries a red water bottle and a green lunch box. After school, his father picks him up on a bicycle.
